Kremen Abuses Power—Report Concludes

Yesterday, the San Jose Spotlight reported that Gary Kremen abused his power by by making "personal charges" and "verbal assaults" against employees, and also used profanity inappropriately against employees and staff. The findings also describe a leader who lacks both ethics and competence. In one violation, for example, Kremen had threatened an employee with job termination if the employee did not use certain accounting standards that were inappropriate for government financials -- requiring the employee to choose between keeping their job and following legal regulations.
